I have an HP PSC 1510 All-in-one Printer. Is it true that I need both the black and color ink cartridges it to function? Mine seems not to work even after putting in a new black cartridge.
Under your printer settings, try and select only print in black. Also, make sure you took the plastic off the cartridge and installed it correctly. Sometimes, you have to push hard in order for it to snap into place. Your printer should realize there is a cartridge at the least.
