I have an HP PSC 350 printer. I am trying to make color copies and even though I just changed the ink two days before this, none of the colors are coming out correctly. We have tried cleaning the ink cartridges but to no avail.
There is a possibility that your printer cannot detect the ink cartridge anymore. Another posibility is there was a misalignment on your printer that cause the ink cradle cannot reach the surface of the paper.
