I have downloaded a printer driver, but my printer still won't be recognized. I am trying to install a Lexmark Z34 printer.
it sounds like you need to install the printer: Click on 'start', 'printers & faxes', a menu will open up select 'file', 'add printer'. The 'add printer wizard' will open up. Follow the prompts, then click 'finish'. This should do it.
