I have just replaced the colour ink cartridges in my Epson C65 printer but they are not working. Everything prints in black and white or just the black parts print. I have cleaned the head and taken out the cartridges and put them in again. I have turned off the printer at the switch. I have made sure the cartridges are punctured.I have made sure that all the settings are for colour and not for black and white. I have used different programs but it still wont work! The only thing I can think of is the cartridges have dried out?? But when I shake the cartridge, I can hear the ink inside. Can anyone please help?

Try reinstalling it. If that doesn't work, then it looks like it's time for a new printer.
