I have lexmark E310 printer that doesn't print. It takes the paper in, but when it reaches the toner, the paper gets stuck. What's the matter with my printer?
Have you tried cleaning the input rollers? If not use a safe foam cleaner. Do this gently, and look for any foreign object that might be obstructing the rollers.
