I have refilled the cartridge correctly but it seems that they still do not print.
You can run these step by step guide to get your ink cartridge working. Firstly, run the print-head cleaning mechanism (described in your inkjet printer's manual) and attempt to print a few pages. Secondly, you can inject air into the top air vent to clean the nozzles. A small amount of ink should be emitted from the nozzles upon injection. (The nozzle is the porous metal piece at the bottom of the cartridge). If it still does not work, there is a good chance that you have a clogged nozzle.
