I have successfully refilled the ink cartridges. However I think the printing quality is poor. Do I need to return them?
Before considering returning them please follow this troubleshooting guide: (1) Using a soft tissue or cotton swab clean any ink from the nozzles. (2) Reinstall the cartridge, run the print-head cleaning mechanism (described in your printer's manual) and attempt to print again. (3) Poor print quality may also be a sign of overfilling your inkjet cartridge. If this is the case, use the syringe to take out the extra ink and attempt to print again. (4) If it still does not print properly, you might have some air left in your cartridge. Using the syringe, take the air from your cartridge, run the print-head cleaning mechanism (described in your printer's manual) and attempt to print again. We hope this all works out for you,
