I have the Canon I-Sensys LBP200 Printer and when i formatted my windows and installed Win Xp Sp2, I installed the cable and this message appears: "USB Device Mass Storage Not Recognized'. I changed the cable to a new one, but the problem remains.

It sounds like WIndows sees the device, but doesn't know exactly what it is. You'll have to install the software for it. Go to Canon's web site and download it from there.
