I have this Epson Sylus all in one 6600 printer. It acts like it is printing, but nothing comes out on paper. I have called Epson and they told me to bring it to a service tech. No, there has to be something I can do myself. I have cleaned the heads, and have done most everything I can think of. Several things might have happened. Number one I can thing of is if you are using Epson compatible (meaning not Epson brand ink but compatible cartridges) then it is possible that your printer is not recognizing the cartridge even though it is perfectly fine. If that is the case, go ahead uninstall and reinstall the Epson printer driver but this time without the ink level tracking. However, if the cartridges are not compatible but Epson OEM brand, than it is possible that the cartridges are dry. The printhead (Copper part on the cartridge) needs to be cleaned and you can use paper towel and alcohol (or just warm water).
