I have used a inkjet refill kit for my lexmark printer - the black works great but the color is not working - it has been out of ink for a while - I was thinking maybe it is clogged - does anyone know how to clean them out? Thanks!

Use a Q-Tip with some rubbing alcohol to gently rub the bottom of the ink cartridge. I work on printers at work and we haven't had any issues with using alcohol.
