I installed a new drum and toner into my Brother DCP 7020 but it still says 'toner life end'.?
What you need to do is unplug the cable from the printer for a few minutes. Then plug it back in. That is called a hard reset. if you just close the printer and open it , it doesn't work. Remove the cable and re-insert it.
