I just bought a new Epson t0731 ink cartridge for my Epson Stylus C90. I've been using the same ink product for a while and never had any problems until this morning. When i installed it, the printer doesn't recognize it.
Try this: (1) Remove the ink cartridge from the printer. (2) Power OFF the printer for 2 minutes. (3) Power ON the printer and re-install the ink cartridge(s). (4) Run the head cleaning cycle.
