I just had my black and color cartridges refilled. Then I put them back in my HP Officejet 5610 printer and it tried to align them -unsuccessfully. The printer says it's having a 'Cartridge Error'. I've tried cleaning the contacts on the cartridges and the printer. Is there anything else I can try?

What usually works is taping individual contacts on the cartridge with tape and putting them in, so that the computer will eventually think it is new cartiages.
