I just put new ink cartridges in my Brother printer. Why is it not printing in color?
In most printers, you usually have to print an alignment test page for every new cartridge. Also try cleaning the print heads or printing a test page if your printer software has either of those two options. You can also try to restart you printer and computer for it to acknowledge that the cartridges have been replaced. make sure your cartrdiges are new, too. Sometimes you can find brand new sealed cartridges but they sit around for years and can dry out.
