I made the mistake of buying an Epson CX3700 printer/scanner. Can the ink cartridges for it be refilled or not?
They sure can. However, it sounds like you do a lot printing. Have you considered a continuous ink system? These fairly low cost systems allow you feed more than 400ml into your printer at one time. Try a search on Google for 'continuous ink CX3700' - this should bring back a bunch of sites that offer these.
