I need help with my Brother MFC210c. I've already changed the black ink but it still doesn't work. Any suggestions?
Make sure you replaced with the same cartridge that you had before. Check and make sure you removed the plastic cover on the cartridge. Also, try cleaning the area where the cartridge is installed. There might be some ink buildup around the cartridge sensor.
