I need to install my printer again, but I lost the installation CD. I own a Epson Stylus CX3810. When I tried dowloadind the sofware, it only said 'dowload completed' and then nothing happened. I tried printing the document and the info of my printer still did not appear. Please help.

Visit www.epson.com. In their printer driver download page, enter your email address and choose Yes or No. Follow the pages until you get to download. On the dialog box, choose SAVE and save it to your desktop. After it has finished, run the file.
