I printed fine before I changed to a new black Epson cartridge. I did it correctly. Now it won't print. Should I just go buy another black cartridge? I've tried everything using the printers help options.
Make sure you took the tape off the cartridge before you inserted it. Even if you think you did, recheck. If part of it got stuck, the ink can't come out to print on the paper.
