I really despise Epson for the fact that they won't allow you to print in just black text if even just one of your color cartridges run out. So I stumbled upon these Continuous Ink Systems today and they look pretty sweet. Does anyone know if they are good to get? Seems like it would save a ton of money and hassle. Also, I've noticed after doing searches on these systems that there are a wide range of prices. I've seen them as low as $70 but as high as $170. Are there any particular features, or particular stores I should trust. Is there a minimum price I should be willing to spend for a quality system?
CIS is great for users who print a lot. About $100 seems to be the going rate for these. Unfortunately these are not that popular, so your options are fairly limited. Very few of the bigger companies offer these.
