I received bulk orders under the impression that there will be free shipping. However, I was still charged for it.
There are terms in which the free shipping policy works with. Firstly, your order total has to reach greater than $45 after deducting the sales tax and discounts. Secondly, If you live in a US state to territory outside Continental US, you are still charged for shipping fee greater than 2 kgs. Free shipping does not apply to Canada and other countries.
