I recently bought a this used Samsung ML-1430 laser printer. When I turn on the printer, On the printer, the Error Light and the Paper Light is on and the printer is not printing because of these two lights. Please tell me how to fix this problem.

The light pattern indicates a: Paper jam, or no toner cartridge Paper is jammed inside the printer or the toner cartridge is not installed. Clear the paper jam. Ensure that the toner cartridge is correctly installed in the printer.
