I recently upgraded my Dell E310 computer RAM. It works much faster now, but my HP DeskJet 712C printer does not print. What happened and how can I fix it?
It sounds like your new computer is running on Vista. There is no full Vista printer driver made for the HP 712C. The machine is too old for HP to develop a driver for it as there are very few still in use that haven't been replaced or broken by now. You can try the XP driver, it may work. Or you can buy a new printer.
