I replaced the black and magenta cartridges twice on my Brother MFC620cn all-in-one printer and the LCD still says that the ink is 'near empty'. Why is this and how can I fix this?
You may have to just ignore the message and when it starts printing badly, then replace the cartridges. The other alternative is to bring the cartridges back to the store and get replacements. As long as you are printing fine, then I would disregard the message.
