I upgraded to Vista Premium from XP Professional and now, my printer won't work. I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling and downloading recommended drivers and checked all the connections, but it is still telling me it can't connect. It's recognised as the default printer, though. Both the PC and the printer are Dell products. I need advice.

Look for the brand of your printer and model number, then go to their website and look for driver and software. Look for your printer and the file that says is for Windows Vista. Download it and install it. Don't forget to disconnect ur printer from your PC before you start intalling the software.
