I want to replace my cartridges in my Epson Stylus C90, but when I press the maintenance button, the printer head won't move to the middle. I checked the manual on the Internet but I'm not holding the button for more than three seconds or anything. and all of the cartridges are empty. Is something wrong?

You can use the print software to replace the cartridges. It's found in your printer settings.
