I was printing some stuff and suddenly my Dell printer didn't print what I wanted it to print. It said I had a cartridge error.
Be sure you put the cartridges in the correct slots. One is for color and one is for black. If they aren't in correctly, you can forget printing. Other than that, if they are in the correct slots, be sure they are in fully and completely. Good luck.
