Is anyone having a problem with Windows Vista recognizing an Epson CX4800 printer? I have tried both the 32 and 64 bit drivers downloaded from the Epson support site. I continue to get a message when I connect the printer that Windows does not recognize the USB device. The printer works with our other XP PC's.
it may be that Vista and the drivers for that printer are not compatible, i would check that first. I ran into a simillar problem with my all in one printer and a webcam. Some manufacturers are updating drivers to work with Vista, others on the down side are not.
