My Brother 240C inkjet printer kept telling me to replace my black ink, although it is full. I need help to fix this.
With your model, the printhead is built into the cartridge. It is possible that the locking mechanism isn't holding it right or the electronic sensors or cable is bad. They are probably on the board. It might be time for a new printer.
