My Brother 240c printer keeps telling me to replace my black ink even when my ink cartridge is full. Even though I put a new one in, it still say ink cartridge empty. Any help?
The printhead is built into the cartridge. It's possible that the locking mechanism isn't holding it right or the electronic sensors or cable is bad. They are probably on the board. It might be time for a new printer.
