My Brother All-in-One printer worked just fine until we changed the ink cartridge. Now, the colors don't work and I have to clean the ink cartridge first to get it to work. Otherwise, it just prints blank sheets. Does anyone know what's going on with my printer?

It sounds like you have bad cartridges. Try to double-check their expiration dates.
