My Brother DCP-130C printer doesn't print out black even after a newly refilled ink cartridge is installed. How can this be fixed?
You cartridge is now broken-defective. Buy a new printer cartridge and see if the problem disappears. Else, the black cartridge is installed wrong. Remove it and be sure the electrical connection points are clean. Rub the points with a clean tissue.
