My Brother printer only prints well at the top of the page then fades as the printer prints down the page. Make sure that you have the right paper. Rough surfaced paper, paper that has absorbed moisture or thick print media can cause this problem. Then make sure that you have installed an updated driver for your Brother printer. If that does not work, try installing a new toner cartridge or a new drum unit.
