My Brother printer keeps displaying the message that my black cartridge is near empty when i have just inserted a brand new ink cartridge. The pages printed are faded and unfocused.
Go to Start, Control panel, then Printers. Right-Click on the printer in question and select properties..check the tabs for configuration for ink.
