My Canon MP 830 printer is connected, but not printing. Nothing shows up in the document queue.
Canon Mp 830 is a printer, fax and scanner , all in one. Each one has its own driver. You might have installed the wrong driver for your printer. If word recognizes it, maybe word is printing it using the fax printer. I don't know, or maybe you haven't configure yet the printer. Try removing the driver and installing it again. Check the control panel/system/ device manager and see if all (printer,fax and scanner) is listed there. Check the options in each device and configure each.
