My Canon i80 printer is not printing black text . I just changed the ink cartridge, cleaned the nozzle. Anyone know how to fix so that the printer print out black text?
Sounds like a print head issue. Try this: pop out the printhead, and clean it using the alcohol solution. You may also want to force some of the alcohol solution through the nozzles. After, submerse it in warm water for five minutes, blot it dry and use some q-tips to dry around the nozzles. Let it sit for ten minutes or so to be sure it is dry, and then pop it back in the printer with some new ink cartridges. You may need to run through a cleaning and deep cleaning after this process too.
