My Dell 720 Photo printer is not printing in blue and yellow ink. It prints in red and black fine. I have cleaned the nozzles, checked the website, checked the manual and the troubleshooting section in the printers setup section on the computer. I can't find anything that would tell me what to do about this. Is the problem with the printer or the ink cartridge? Anybody know?
Odds are it's the print cartridge. If you have only tried the printhead cleaning program you can try to physically clean the printhead using the instructions from the site below in the sources section. If it won't print after a physical cleaning its likely the printhead is clogged to the point it won't clear (see this in Epsons waaaay too often) or a damaged printhead. Just replace the cartridge.
