My Epson C45 printer not printing the black. The color is okay, and I have replaced the cartridge with a new one, but the problem remains the same.
Your print head, especially the black nozzle, may be clogged. Try to run nozzle check, and if you find that the black color pattern is not perfect, run head cleaning. After head cleaning, run the nozzle check again to see whether the black color has improvement. Run this procedure max 3 times. If it does not improve, leave it overnight. Make sure you have enough black ink before you perform this operation.
