My Epson Stylus CX4600 no longer prints any color other than black.
If you're certain that it's not a clogged head then you could get a new head and snap it in yourself. You can try cleaning the contacts with an alcohol pad before forking out the $50 odd dollars it costs for a new head. Also check in your printer program if it is set to monochrome and do the proper adjustments.
