My Epson Stylus DX405O printer hasn't been used for a while. Now every time I print, it leaves straight missing lines where the black ink should be, but all the other colors are okay. I've done 20 nozzle checks, and cleaned the heads 20 times, but it's still the same.Is there anything else I can do?
As you have tried to clean the print heads, the most likely problem is that the ink has dried in the print head due to lack of use. Epson cartridges have a built-in print head, so it would be better to replace it.
