My Epson Stylus DX8450 cannot recognize the ink cartridge. The printer does not see the new genuine yellow ink cartridge I just put in. What should I do?
You have to press the cartridges quite hard until they click into place. Otherwise, they will not be recognized even if they are genuine Epson cartidges.
