My Epson Stylus Photo 820 won't print black ink. When I print a color picture, my printer just won't print the black part of the picture.
The problem may lie on the jets in the printer. Service the printer to see if the jets are damaged. On the software side, try to turn every setting from color to monochrome or Black and see if it works.
