My Epson Stylus color printer is not getting black or color on the demo page. What's wrong?
To correct this problem. Make sure that the Economy mode option is not selected. Using the instructions on the inside front cover of the Epson Stylus printer as a guide, perform a three black then three color cleaning cycles. For BLACK Cleaning press the Pause button, then ALT and Load/Eject; for COLOR Cleaning press the Pause button, then push ALT and Economy/Condensed. If this does not correct the problem, replace the appropriate ink cartridge.
