My Epson c86 had inks leak. I have cleaned it up and installed new cartridges but now it just feeds the paper through and there's nothing on the paper.
Have you opened the printer properties menu to check how much ink is in your new cartridge or if it recognises them. You will probably need to clean the nozzles, which the printer will do from that menu. If the nozzles are clogged up it won`t print anything, so hopefully a quick clean will sort it out. I have an Epson C46 and the printer properties menu is very good at pointing out the problem.
