My Epson c88+ is leaking ink. I've only used it a few times, too. It sat up in storage for quite some time before that. Could that have anything to do with it?
Sounds like something's gone pretty wrong in the time it's sat up in its box. Try getting a new set of cartridges. The seals that keep everything working inside the carts may have come unstuck while in storage.
