My Epson stylus c46 didn't print the cyan at all. I've tried the head cleaning utility several times, but there was no change. How do I fix this?
Don't keep cleaning because you are wasting ink. Remove the color cartridge and with a Q-tip and rubbing alcohol, clean the bottom of the cartridge where the contacts are and clean the printer head itself. Put the cartridge back in. If it still doesn't work, their is no more cyan or the cartridge is defective.
