My HP 2280tn does not seem to print in black colors. What can I do? In all HP printers and other printers for that matter, the first solution to this problem is cleaning the printerhead. For HP printers you can clean the printerhead with a clean coffee filter or lint-free cloth. You can also soak the printhead in hot water.
