My HP DeskJet 460 seems to be jammed on the left side. What should I do?
There is an 'excess ink' cartridge accessible from the underside of your HP printer. It needs cleaned out fairly often and it contains a special 'sponge block' for excess ink. It is important to store printer in upright condition, since on its side, it can cause excess leaking from ink cartridges.
