My HP PSC2115 All-in-One printer won't recognize my ink cartridges.
1. Make sure you installed the cd that came with the printer. 2. Go to control panel and click printer. 3. click install printer or add printer. 4. click on YOUR printer model which is 2115 5. you need the computer to know which printer is yours as it doesn't know.
