My Lexmark 71 ink cartridge (black) is not printing despite it being full. This is the second time i have replaced a black (full) cartridge because it was not printing. Color works fine, yet black does not print. Any ideas as to how i can fix this?
Try wiping the print head of the cartridge with a warm wet cotton cloth unil it starts leaving a black spot when you press cloth to bottom of it. Otherwise, try bringing the cartridge to a technician that might be of some help.
