My Lexmark Z23 printer uses a USB connection. However, my Windows 98 SE computer fails to recognize the USB connection. I also found that the computer is able to detect other USB devices. What can I do?
The problem is not the printer, the problem is the operating system. Windows 98 has horrible USB support. Either update the drivers through the Microsoft website, or put the printer on LPT port.
